Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your website. The remaining 50% is due before the final handover of your completed site. Work pauses if payment is not completed on time. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) but we work with clients worldwide.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of the website design and code transfers to you only after full payment has been received. Until then, all work remains the property of LaunchIt.SA.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to the package you have selected. The Starter Package includes 1 round, Standard includes 2 rounds, and Premium includes 2-3 rounds. Any additional changes beyond these will be quoted separately.
Content Responsibility
You are responsible for providing all text, images, and branding materials for your website. We will use placeholder content during design if materials are delayed, but final deployment requires your approved content.
Hosting & Deployment
All websites are deployed and made live. If you have a custom domain, you must purchase it yourself -- we will help you connect it. If no custom domain is purchased, your site will be hosted on Vercel with a free subdomain.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before work begins, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once design work has started, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial design and planning phase.
